Role overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, proactive Brand / Marketing Manager to sit within the global marketing team in London or New York.

This role is perfect for an all-around, hands-on marketing expert that has a love for the advertising world, cares about effectiveness, creativity and knows how to engage marketeers in the industry. We are looking for a super-star that can combine creative thinking alongside world-class digital campaign management.


Key accountabilities

  • Working in partnership with the content team and product marketing team this person will be responsible for all global, integrated content marketing campaigns (both online and offline), which drive awareness of the brand amongst our growth audiences.
  • Work with content teams to adapt content that our customers and prospects want to consume.
  • Develop integrated, creative campaigns in line with brand and product strategies.
  • Manage the execution of a content & PR calendar which generates awareness & demand for the offer, aligned with the marketing calendar.
  • Be the mind behind the stories and messaging for all campaigns working closely with the marketing channels' owners - email, website, PR, social - to translate stories and messages for these channels
  • Establish KPI & reporting frameworks to monitor and inform content marketing initiatives.
  • Alongside the field and product marketing leaders, liaise with the Marketing Performance & Automation team to activate campaigns which support all stages of the funnel.
  • Management of external agency partners across all programmes of work.
  • Be a guardian for all aspects of the our brand and related assets (e.g. visual identity, web site) within the agreed framework.


Skills, experience & qualifications required

  • 4+ years’ experience in a B2B brand marketing role - ideally within international markets.
  • Specialist experience in campaign management is highly desirable. In particular, using and analysing data to support your ideas and campaigns.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to efficiently prioritise and execute projects of high quality.
  • Confident, tenacious relationship builder and problem solver.
  • A real love for the brand complemented with commercial awareness to drive growth.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation and influencing skills to effectively collaborate. You are the voice of marketing, always bringing creativity and challenging others to think outside the box.
  • Ability to manage and prioritise multiple concurrent projects from start to finish.
  • Experience creating clear, consistent, and inspiring brief for a variety of teams - from sales to creatives to senior management
  • Resourceful, you are not afraid to manipulate copy, give great feedback, and be a confident CRM & CMS user
  • Be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment that fosters change and innovation.
