Role: CORPORATE SOLICITOR
Salary: £75,000 - £90,000 + 15% performance bonus + other benefits
We are looking to recruit an Associate to join our busy, award winning Corporate department.
· 3-6 years of experience
- XT Capital Markets experience
- Someone who is working for one of the top 100 firms
- At least a 2:1 in their degree
Our Corporate team advises on all aspects of equity capital markets, M&A, debt and private equity for UK and international companies, institutions, investors and entrepreneurs. The team represents domestic and international companies in Africa, Australia, Canada, China, Europe, India and the USA who are looking to access the UK capital markets. They also work on dual listings, project-managing lawyers across multiple jurisdictions. We are an industry-leading advisor on IPOs, on AIM and Main Market.
The ideal candidate will have between 3 – 6 years’ PQE. Solid ECM experience is essential. We are looking for a candidate who knows the ECM markets well and is comfortable advising clients on ECM regulatory issues.
The successful candidate will be working for a department that has a real entrepreneurial approach and works closely with business owners and their management teams through every stage of the business lifecycle, from conception through growth and eventual exit.
The role will be a mix of ECM, M&A and general corporate work. This is a great role for a mid-level lawyer who is keen to gain more responsibility as there is the opportunity to take a key role on transactions and work directly with clients and Partners.
