THE OPPORTUNITY: Digital Marketing Manager, Global

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team who can attract and engage clients and prospect audiences across our digital channels, and create a buzz around the world.  Your job will be to reach audiences from media agencies, brands, and potential talent with our bold, compelling and engaging content to drive brand awareness and to generate demand.  You’ll be working with a world-class team of marketers, content strategists, and brand and digital designers, as well as cross-functionally with the wider team including sales, product and inclusion and diversity.  

Job Responsibilities: Digital Marketing Manager, Global

In the role you will be accountable for, but not limited to, the following:   

  • Delivery 
  • Create a fully integrated digital marketing strategy 
  • Develop, implement and manage global marketing campaigns across email marketing, social media and display and search advertising
  • Use data and analytics to story tell our digital marketing achievements, trends and insights, and make recommendations for optimisation
  • Manage and optimise digital marketing budgets linking to ROI and other key outcomes
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with the digital design team to optimise landing pages and overall user experience on our website
  • Accomplish tasks on time and to a high quality, managing different deadlines and priorities
  • Project Management 
  • Staying focused and contributing to projects. Organising stakeholders and multiple milestones
  • Working with our partners (such as PR, SEO, web developers and industry publications)
  • Internal Collaboration 
  • Working with internal stakeholders, building relationships and working across differences to find solutions
  • Communication 
  • Crisp and clear communication to external partners/clients or internal stakeholders; flexing communication style to persuade others and influence positive outcomes

  • Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry
  • Demonstrable experience owning and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
