I am working with the CEO of a non-profit organisation, annual turnover c£10m to recruit a Non-Executive Director. We are looking for candidates who can offer high-level skills and experience in Digital Transformation and Technology.
The ideal candidate will have senior level experience of:
-Data management and analysis
-Security and GDPR
-CRM implementation (experience with Salesforce would be a significant advantage).
Candidates must also be able to contribute to the wider work of the board in relation to:
-Growth and business development
In terms of time commitment, NEDs are expected to devote 8-10 days a year. We are open to those seeking their first Non-Exec Director role and like to use this opportunity to increase Women and BAME representation on the Board.
