Our five-day Festival is the meeting place for the global marketing community and a celebration of the world’s most excellent and effective work.

 

Role overview

You will work closely with the Managing Director to define a compelling strategy and roadmap for this exciting new revenue stream - and develop a world class acquisition and retention strategy that will deliver against ambitious revenue targets. The successful candidate will have full product ownership and will be responsible for every aspect of this exciting new arm to the business. Candidates will have first-rate leadership skills and experience in launching and growing global community membership propositions. Key accountabilities

 

● Deliver against ambitious growth targets

● Develop a sustainable acquisition, retention and growth strategy

● Work closely with business partners and functions to deliver a compelling sales and marketing plan

● Maintain a product strategy and development roadmap designed to deliver maximum customer value and growth over time

● Design and maintain a community management and value strategy and programme

● Develop strong relationships with appropriate partners for community value and revenue purposes

● Work closely with content leads to commission relevant and engaging membership content

Skills, experience & qualifications required

 

● Strong leadership ability and a proven track record

● Strong business acumen - with a growth mindset

● Relevant experience in developing and growing global membership/subs propositions

● Ability to move from creative thinking to strategic planning with ease

● Experience in product development and delivery

● Strong content ability and an editorial eye

● Comfortable with ambiguity and able to work well in a matrix structure Plc
