JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Programmatic Trader

Campaign Execution

  • End to end media campaign ownership
  • Ensuring exceptional campaign performance – deliver client success across a diverse portfolio of accounts
  • Use insights to build client rapport to up-sell and earn incremental opportunity
  • Consistent scrutiny and optimization of campaigns
  • Use data to enhance buying, resulting in overachievement vs. client- stated KPIs and internal profit objectives
  • Leverage internal campaign management and business intelligence tools
  • Custom campaign planning, management, and reporting

 

Portfolio Management

  • Internal and external client reporting
  • Deliver client trading solutions and retain clients
  • Apply expertise on new business and/or demanding campaigns
  • Nurture client business by surpassing KPIs, delivering insights and building relationships

 

Internal Collaboration

  • Seamlessly communicate with commercial teams on product/capabilities positioning and growth strategy
  • Connect with  global central departments to aid in any of the following:
    • Ad operations
    • Pre-campaign and post-campaign insight reporting
    • Troubleshooting
    • Product testing

 

External Communication

  • Attend and participate in external meetings - deliver insight pieces and Q&A 
  • Create and deliver content for external meetings
  • Deliver actionable insights for clients via weekly commentary, client facing calls and end-of- campaign reports

 

Innovation

  • Support testing and implement innovative ideas
  • Collaborate with Product and BA teams to action beta launches
  • Share results to encourage team-wide adoption of new insights, targeting tactics, optimisation methods and ways of working
  • Understand industry trends, risks for clients

 

REQUIRED SKILLS: Programmatic Trader

  • Experience trading digital programmatic campaigns, preferably in DV360
  • Experience working in a client-facing environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Comfortable working with datasets in Excel, preferably including macros
  • An ability to learn quickly
  • Experience in creating and delivering content (e.g. presentations, reports) to clients
  • Strong troubleshooting ability and a clear systematic approach to problem solving
  • Comfortable in an ever-evolving environment and in taking risks
  • Very good command (written and spoken) of German and English
