We are looking for a skilled Project Coordinator, with strong skills in work plan development and progress oversight, to join our small, rapidly growing information governance company catering to clients in a vast array of industries (Finance, Insurance, Legal, Pharma and Retail). The role focuses on maintaining successful project monitoring and delivery, reporting to the Operations Director and liaising with the Delivery Manager.

We are a consultancy-led information management and information governance business, delivering expert advice, working with best-of-breed software products and offering ongoing and enduring services to public, private and third sector organisations. We’re are offering you the opportunity to join our fast-growing team.

The role is ongoing and will require you to improve existing resource management and project tracking processes. You will:

• Work across the organisation on all projects and services

• Be responsible for capturing all activities

• Develop an Agile methodology to enhance accountability across The Company

• Keep track of all aspects of a project and assist others to complete tasks in an orderly and timely manner

• Be capable of working with all client project methodologies – Agile; Prince

• Significantly improve existing resource tracking and reporting

Duties will include, but not be limited to:

  • Developing and maintaining resource and project performance databases that track overall project progress and the accomplishment of specific milestones
  • Monitoring and assisting in resource assignment to streamline project efficiency and maximise deliverable outputs
  • Participating in project design meetings and assisting in design development
  • Liaise with management and clients to identify and define project requirements, scopes, and objectives that align with organisational goals
  • Liaise with the Operations Director and Delivery Manager to assign roles and tasks to dedicated team members, based on individual strengths and abilities
  • Monitoring project schedules regularly to track progress, identify potential issues and assist in resolution development
  • Analyse project progress and assist in adapting scope, timelines, and costs to achieve maximum benefit


• 3+ years’ project management experience or relevant qualification/certification

• Experience of different types of project agile, waterfall methodologies

• Hands-on experience with managing clients and teams

• Proven success in a corporate setting, working with all levels of management

Salary and Package:

• £30,000 to £35,000 per annum

• Annual bonus – linked to personal performance and a share of annual company profit (to be discussed with candidates)
