Adam is your star sales guy; he hits his targets month in, month out. Recently though you started hearing disgruntled voices around some of his strategies. It seems while clients are all happy with his work (and so are you definitely with the results!), his direct colleagues are concerned about his interpersonal skills. You suspect part of it may be colleagues just being envious about his results, but you also noticed a few times where it seemed he was being rather aggressive to a colleague. He can be overconfident and exceedingly impatient with others at times. You have a performance review scheduled with him for next week, he is expecting all praises and is keen on his annual bonus. You are not exactly sure whether and how to
broach this particular subject to him. What would you do and why?
