Role overview

 

This Revenue Leadership will work closely with the Managing Director to accelerate the already strong global growth of the brand by creating a world-class commercial strategy and roadmap that delivers against current revenue targets and identifies new revenue streams to drive growth.

The successful candidate will lead, develop and grow a talented global team of sales and client leaders and their individual contributors, to maximise their commercial and career success. They will have full ownership of the commercial operation across all revenue streams and will be relentless in pursuit of unlocking additional revenue streams through a deep customer understanding and excellent stakeholder management skills within the Marketing industry, the business and with colleagues across the Group.

Candidates will have first rate leadership skills and at least 10+ years’ experience with a proven track record of exceeding growth expectations and leading successful global commercial teams.

 


Key accountabilities

  • Accountable for delivering against, or exceeding, stretching annual revenue targets
  • Ownership and leadership of global sales and commercial operation
  • Development of global commercial strategy across all revenue streams
  • Ensuring consistent growth across the product portfolio
  • Ownership and management of key global stakeholder and customer relationships
  • Responsible for the identification and end-to-end development of new revenue streams
  • Establishing an inclusive, collaborative culture where high performance is recognised and inevitable
  • Financial reporting and presentation with emphasis on accurate forecasting from excellent pipeline management
  • Develop creative, on-brand sales strategies and solutions that maximise growth
  • Accountable for sales growth within key regional customer markets
  • Coaching and development of sales leaders across several global markets, recognising both cultural differences and individual needs to drive overall team performance
  • Ensuring optimal sales processes and systems are maintained including clear ways of working and use of Salesforce
  • Responsible for being across market shifts and customer and competitor activity
  • Building exceptional internal stakeholder and business partner relationships
  • Delivery and engagement with industry and clients, including being an external brand ambassador

Skills, experience & qualifications required

  • 10+ years overall experience in sales in a relevant industry
  • Known industry leader who can represent themselves, the brand and the Group in a credible way
  • Deep knowledge of the relevant global markets and ability to build strong stakeholder and customer relationships
  • First-rate global leadership ability and a proven track record.
  • Proven experience in creating a culture of collaboration, success and high performance
  • Considered a sales process expert with excellent pipeline management capabilities and high proficiency in Salesforce
  • Ability to understand and interpret complex financial and sales data
  • Strong business acumen - with a growth mindset
  • Sales and targets driven with exceptional sales management skills
  • Consistent ability to excel across multiple revenue streams with different business models
  • Ability to move from creative thinking to strategic sales planning with ease
  • Excellent communication skills - persuasive, confident and in control
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to thrive in a matrix structure Plc
  • Flexible - must be willing to travel globally throughout the year
